These terms govern your use of this website, run by Quiles Studio ("the studio," "we"). By using the site, you accept them. They’re written to be read — if anything is unclear, write to privacy@quiles.studio.
What this site is
This site is an informational brochure about the studio’s work, plus a way to reach us: a contact form and direct contact details. Nothing more. Quiles Studio is operated by Quiles Solutions LLC. Using the site, reading it, or sending us a message through the form does not create any client, engagement, or professional relationship between you and the studio.
No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about what the studio does and has built. It is not professional, technical, legal, or business advice, and it isn’t tailored to your situation. Don’t act on it as if it were. If you want advice specific to your business, that conversation starts with an actual engagement — not with this website.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, and branding — belongs to the studio. You’re welcome to read it and link to it; you’re not welcome to copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
The portfolio links to four open-source projects the studio maintains on GitHub. Those projects are governed by their respective licenses, as published in their repositories — not by these terms.
Using the contact form
The contact form exists so prospective clients and collaborators can reach the studio. By using it you agree not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful, and not to use it to send spam or to probe or disrupt the site. The form is protected by automated abuse controls (described on the Privacy page); submissions that trip them may be silently discarded.
Text messages
Quiles Studio replies by text to people who text the studio's number first, about what they asked: project questions, scheduling and support. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop; we'll send one message to confirm, then stop. Reply HELP for help, or write to privacy@quiles.studio. Texting us is never a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites — most notably the studio’s project repositories on GitHub. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link from this site is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.
No warranties
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty — express or implied — about the site’s content, its availability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. Information here may change or become outdated without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site, its content, or its contact form. That includes indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. If the form fails, the site itself tells you so and offers direct contact channels; using the site is at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The current version is always the one published here, with its effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
